There’s no denying that massage therapy can be a powerful ally in your well being. The incredible benefits of massage are even more powerful if taken in regular “doses” (once or twice a month visits are common).
Most of us are aware that disease and stress are related. And perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress. While eliminating anxiety and pressure altogether in this fast-paced world may be idealistic, massage can, without a doubt, help manage stress. Consider massage as a necessity, not a luxury. It can be a salve to reduce the stresses of a hurried and chaotic life.
For some, massage therapy is a short-term means to help with injury and rehabilitation. For those living with chronic conditions, including arthritis, autoimmune diseases, hypertension, diabetes, and kidney failure, massage therapy is often blended into conventional health care to provide relief.
Proactively caring for health through massage may help reduce costly doctor visits and use of prescription and over-the-counter medications. Massage therapy can reduce the overuse of opioids.
It is a true option for many forms of pain, with no risk of addiction.
In my years of practicing massage and bodywork therapy, I have assisted men and women, young and wise, with stress reduction and/or chronic pain management with massage and bodywork.
I have helped people that have had surgeries that used massage therapy to aid in their recovery, rejuvenated new mothers to get relief from the discomfort of pregnancy, enhanced caregivers and people that are overwhelmed with grief from a loss. I have had successful experiences in treating chronic conditions, such as upper back pain frozen shoulder and plantar fasciitis.
My mission is to provide the best service, use effective techniques to achieve positive results
